Terms, licence, and how to use the app.

Provider and agreement
These Terms (EULA) are between you and AllBlazing B.V., the provider of LocknDial.
Apple and the App Store
If you download LocknDial from the App Store, your use of the app is also subject to Apple's applicable Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) and App Store terms, which Apple may update. In the event of conflict between this document and the Apple-required terms, Apple's terms may prevail on matters Apple is responsible for, as the distribution platform; AllBlazing remains responsible for the app's operation as described here.
Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use LocknDial in line with these Terms, for personal or internal business use where allowed.
What you may not do
You must not misuse the app: no unlawful content, no infringement of others' rights, no circumvention of security, no reselling of the app, and no interference with our or others' systems.
Your content
You keep your rights in what you create. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of what you type, link, or publish. LocknDial does not offer automated third-party "AI" processing of your data as a product feature; you remain responsible for your own editorial choices.
Integrations
Optional services (for example GitHub, Apple Health, or publishing connections) are subject to the third party's terms and availability. We do not control them.
Price and purchases
- If IAP is offered: In-app purchases, if any, are charged by Apple. Price, length, and renewal are shown before you buy. Cancellations and refunds follow App Store policy and applicable mandatory consumer law.
- If no IAP: The app is free to use as we offer it. If we introduce paid options later, we will show price and key terms in the store flow before you agree.
Pro subscription (if enabled)
- If a subscription is sold: A Pro plan, if shown, is an auto-renewing subscription with terms displayed at purchase, including how to cancel in your Apple ID settings. Trial and renewal rules follow Apple and applicable law in your country.
- If no subscription in the build: Not applicable while no subscription is sold in the app build you are using.
No gambling
LocknDial is a productivity and habits app, not a lottery, bet, or game of chance for money or prizes of monetary value in that sense.
EU and Dutch consumers
If you are a consumer in the European Union, national laws on digital content and services (including remedies for lack of conformity) may apply in addition to these Terms, depending on the feature and the purchase.
The European Commission's online dispute resolution (ODR) information is at https://ec.europa.eu/odr - you are not obliged to use it, and the competent process may depend on your place of residence and the dispute.
Changes and availability
We may change features, fix bugs, or stop supporting older versions, where the law allows.
Suspension and termination
We may limit or end access in case of serious abuse or risk. You can delete the app and request account/data handling as set out in the Privacy section.
Liability
The app is provided as-is to the maximum extent allowed by law. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable mandatory law, including for consumers under Dutch and EU law.
Governing law and courts
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without depriving you of any mandatory rights of the country where you live as a consumer in the EEA/UK. Courts with jurisdiction follow applicable civil procedure rules, including consumer access to courts in your home country where required.
