Withdrawal form (EU)
Model form for consumers in the EU/EEA.
Before you use this form
Under EU consumer law, consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts.
However, for digital content and digital services supplied immediately after purchase (such as a LocknDial Pro subscription, if offered), the right of withdrawal may be lost once performance has begun with your express prior consent and acknowledgement that you thereby lose your withdrawal right.
If in-app purchases are available, you are asked at checkout to expressly consent to immediate access to the service and acknowledge that your withdrawal right may therefore be lost once the service begins. LocknDial is currently offered free with no subscription in many builds; this form applies where a paid contract exists under applicable law.
If you nevertheless believe you remain entitled to withdraw under applicable law, you may use the form below. You may also email hello@lockndial.com with the same information. Use of this form is optional.
